Our Story

2021- meet in Chicago and begin dating

2022- meet the parents and family

2023- catherine graduates college and starts medical school

2024- yue graduates medical school and starts residency

12/20/2024- engaged

5/1/2027- married!


fun facts...

1. catherine's birthday is 12/29 and yue's birthday is 12/30

2. our favorite food to cook together is vegetable soup

3. before meeting catherine, yue never had wingstop, olive garden, portillo's, or taco bell

4. yue was born in japan and lived in china for 4 years before coming to the U.S.

5. catherine has never lived outside the Chicagoland area

6. catherine and yue began their long distance relationship in 2024 (Chicago & Indianapolis) and will begin their married life long distance

7. yue is a lebron james fan
